First ride of the prototype
Just returned from a couple of weeks in Hawaii in late May and when I arrived home the box with the first frame and forks was waiting for me. I put it together and the first decent ride coincided with Robert being down from Brisbane for the week. Robert does the powdercoating for Ambiente Bikes plus my old school builds. From the photos it's difficult to believe this was a winter's day in Melbourne so in addition to having a chance to ride it for the first time it was a way for me to slowly get back to the Melbourne winter weather after Hawaii.
Same jump, different side over at Camberwell skatepark.

John from Triple 6 here in Australia testing it out with a couple of foot plants on the quarter.
Me playing a game of who can pull the dumbest looking face whilst doing something on a bike. Really need to learn a few photoshop skills to cover up the problem I have. At least when racing I have a full face helmet to hide behind.
Robert about to take it for a test ride but had to check the markets first to see whether he was in the red or the black for the day. Actually, not sure what he was doing. Maybe sending messages to mates at work to tell them he was out riding.
